Aqua’s great for all ages & abilities, but don’t be fooled it’s by no means easy, & my first experience was humbling as the women literally ran circles around me (a common resistance exercise)! So if you think aqua aerobics isn’t for you I say give it a try, you may be pleasantly surprised & it would be a tragedy if you denied yourself the experience because of its unfair image.
Lyme, a bacterial disease spread by black ticks, is the most commonly spread disease by ticks in the northern hemisphere. It’s a truly devastating disease with a multitude of symptoms, including CFS, Bell’s Palsy (facial paralysis) & schizophrenia.
Exercise, whether that makes you think of sleek yoga classes, rustic woodland walks or pushing yourself to the limits at the gym, we all know it’s undoubtedly one of the best things you can do for your body & one of the simplest ways to lead a healthier lifestyle.
This isn’t just another post on the hopelessness of resolving this condition & finding short term answers to ease symptoms, because I believe in the majority of cases it’s 100% treatable.
