In the last few weeks I’ve embarked on a new fitness journey and honestly I can’t believe it’s actually taken me this long!!!I might have only started classes a couple of weeks ago but my CrossFit experience started almost nine years ago!
Aqua's great for all ages & abilities, but don't be fooled it's by no means easy, & my first experience was humbling as the women literally ran circles around me (a common resistance exercise)! So if you think aqua aerobics isn't for you I say give it a try, you may be pleasantly surprised & it would be a tragedy if you denied yourself the experience because of its unfair image.
Exercise, whether that makes you think of sleek yoga classes, rustic woodland walks or pushing yourself to the limits at the gym, we all know it's undoubtedly one of the best things you can do for your body & one of the simplest ways to lead a healthier lifestyle.
